My cup exploded and broke my banger. Ordered a replacement and it broke within a week. No abuse I've owned a wand for a year. Now I ordered a second replacement and you sent me the 10mm banger instead of the larger one. I also can't but backup carb caps for the wand. I have been checking for months. I love my wand. But the glass is not holding up like it should.
Only took 3 to 4 follow ups to make sure I got my product
Love the product but wish the cups were the size of the daab cups. Maybe the solution is an XL version of the wand!
I never received my order
Been over a month a still never received my order this part breaks easily 2nd time I’ve had to purchase a replacement. I’ve reached out to customer service and they have not responded for a week. Purchase from vgoodiez if you must but I wouldn’t support this joke of a company with my dollars again.
