I ordered an extra set of batteries and they were not with the package and was not rectified. Device works well though

I got charge for them but never received them. Wrote to they’re support listed on the websited got ghosted. Sucks cause all I’m trying to do is rip fat dabs on this thing and one set of batteries can’t keep up should of went with puffco I guess
So I purchased an ispire daab not to long ago and it worked perfect at first ,as time passed I felt the charge wasn’t holding so I purchased a set of new batteries thinking it would give my ispire daab the power it first had but was wrong .The new batteries didn’t last long nor give my ispire the power it had when I first purchased. Not sure what’s wrong I have also bought new concentrate cups as well so not sure if the atomizer just burnt out .
