I never received my order

Been over a month a still never received my order this part breaks easily 2nd time I’ve had to purchase a replacement. I’ve reached out to customer service and they have not responded for a week. Purchase from vgoodiez if you must but I wouldn’t support this joke of a company with my dollars again.

I still haven’t even received what I order from 42 days ago

Have not used it yet. But since they are soooooo adamant on me leaving a review. Here it is. It's completely garbage!! Now stop asking me for a review!!!!

I did an incredible amount of research before I decided to spend my hard earned money on a medical device. I absolutely love the wand, and have to agree that induction heat technology is the way of the future. No more replacing atomizers or coils, no more insane cleaning. This thing is freaking awesome! Eventually, you might have to replace a cup if you break one. They’re only 30 bucks, and I like to have a spare to swap out for cleaning. I wasn’t paying attention and bought the wrong kind of cup for the wand. Customer Service gave me a full refund, including shipping (!!!!!) and sent me free shipping label to return my unopened part. They issued the refund within 72 hours of getting it back to their warehouse, and I was able to purchase the correct part.

I have read some kind of shady stuff about their customer service in the past, but they obviously have made huge changes and I have full confidence saving up to purchase the Daab. Best company ever!
