Orders typically require 2-3 business days to process after the purchase is completed. All orders are shipped via GLS or We Ship Express. After the order is processed, tracking information will be emailed directly to you.
Please allow 15-30 business days for the package to be delivered. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier, weather or other states of emergency.
Note: New products, Chinese New Year, large volume sales or U.S. holidays are subject to longer processing time. Kindly allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed under these circumstances.
Shipping costs for online purchases are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
ISPIRE (Aspire North America, LLC) will happily accept returns within 5 days from customers who purchased directly from us. Items eligible for a refund must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Items that have been opened, tampered with and not in the original packaging are not eligible for refund.
After the return is received and inspected, kindly allow 3-5 business days for funds to be refunded to the card used for purchase. ISPIRE (Aspire North America, LLC) does not refund costs associated with return shipping.

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 15-30 days.
4.2 Processing Time Frame
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Our warehouse operates 7AM - 3PM PST, Monday – Friday, and is closed weekends and on U.S. federal holidays. We do our best to plan around these closures to minimize disruptions.
4.3 Change Of Delivery Address
Please verify your delivery address before placing your order. While we are able to update the address during the processing window, once dispatched we cannot guarantee the interception of the package.

4.5 Items Out Of Stock
If we cannot ship your complete order due to an item(s) being out of stock, you will be notified via email. You will have the option to receive it when restocked or request a refund for item(s).

Parts are warranted for one year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

In accordance with the congressional amendment to the PACT Act, all orders require the signature of an adult 21+ with a valid state Driver’s License or government-issued ID card.
The courier service will make up to 3 attempts to deliver the order. If the delivery cannot be completed, it will be returned to our warehouse. The customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website at checkout.
7.2 International Orders / Import Duties & Taxes
Buyer may be liable for import duties and taxes for international shipments upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and ISPIRE (Aspire North America, LLC) encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
In the event such duties or taxes are not paid, the goods will be returned to ISPIRE (Aspire North America, LLC) at the customer's expense and the customer will receive a refund only for the value of goods paid. Customer remains responsible for all shipping costs (initial and return), and no refunds will be granted.
7.3 International Orders
In the event that duties and taxes are not paid at the destination country, the goods will be returned to ISPIRE (Aspire North America, LLC) at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping.
Note: Replacement batteries are not shipped internationally.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
In the event of damage incurred in transit, ISPIRE will determine whether an order is eligible for replacement only after the courier service has completed its investigation into the claim.
