Warranty Policy

Parts are warranted for one year from the date of purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. If ISPIRE determines the product to contain defects, it will be replaced at no charge. 

To obtain warranty service during the one year warranty period you must upload a photo/video of defective product. A dated purchase receipt is required if purchased from an authorized distributor or reseller. 

Products purchased from Authorized Distributors/Resellers

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. A dated purchase receipt is required, either from Ispire or an Ispire Retailer, to obtain any warranty service. Without a valid proof of purchase warranty service will not be provided. In the event you would like a refund please contact the distributor/retailer via their refund process. 

REPLACEMENT OF ANY ISPIRE DEVICE AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. ISPIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PRODUCT OR FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION ON THIS PRODUCT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ISPRE BE LIABLE FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
